Christophe, Emilie and their team welcome you to their restaurant Les Alisiers in Montclar, at the foot of the Dormillouse mountain.

In winter, next to the snowy peaks, the meal is taken near the fireplace, in a cozy and mountain atmosphere. Crackling logs, shimmering colors, the ubiquitous wood brings a warm touch.

In summer, enjoy the beautiful terrace facing south in the heart of a park with trees and flowers from spring to autumn. Under the first rays of the sun, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the snow-capped peaks of the valley. After a good meal, the less courageous will enjoy sunbathing scattered in our garden to soak up the air of our mountains and be rocked in the arms of Morpheus.

Because after a meal at Les  Alisiers, it is certain that you will not want to leave the place! His chef Christophe has earned a reputation well beyond the Valley, and many are his loyal customers who travel the region to enjoy his unique recipes. Passionate, Christophe likes to revisit the traditional recipes with local products, which he chooses personally among the local producers.


Sheep of Selonnet, einkorn of La Garde, apple juice of Théus, honey of Seyne Les Alpes ... it is the quality  these ingredients which makes unique each creation of the Chef (find the local producers partners of the restaurant of Alisiers here).

All year, excluding winter and summer holidays: closed on Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday

Winter holidays: open every day except 24/12 and 25/12

Summer holidays: open every day except Mondays
